Levi’s IMAP
The IMAP initiative is a holistic go-to-market strategy for Levi Strauss & Co. Developed at Embarcadero Partners, the effort was a four-month intensive partnership with the heads of brand, marketing and strategy at Lev’s. The resulting program was comprised of anew strategy, calendar, phasing-plan, and communications approach for the merchandising and marketing of products across the global marketplace. A two-day leadership summit introduced the program to top leaders, and was supported with a suite of analog and digital tools and templates
